There is no such thing as "mailed" applications!

so your application can't be mailed until it's completed with LORs, trancript and verified GPA right ?
Nope! I submitted mine way later actually.. but I know a couple of people at my school who submitted theirs by 3pm on June 2nd... 😱
WAY LATER? I submitted on Monday so I wasn't expecting my GPA to be verified and my app to be "mailed" until about July24
I submitted on the 11th, but my app wasn't complete until the 12th because of one LOR

Go through what process again? AADSAS just hasn't done what they need to do in order for your application to be released to your schools. You don't need to do anything but wait.. they will send another group out.. at some point.. I really have no idea when.. 1 week? 2 weeks?... anyone know???

One batch per week. Your app will not undergo the process twice. It just waits to be sent out.
How do you know that it's one per week?
ICUrunning is right. First batch is usually sent at the end of June, and subsequent batches sent every week after that. That's how it's always been

So if my GPA was verified today and everything is now complete but there is still no mailing date listed, what does that mean?
My application was mailed out part of the first batch, but I'm missing one letter. Do they send the letters immediately when submitted or do they wait each week?
You will be in the next batch next week.
Will go out in the next batch after it is uploaded, you will have another mailing date with your updated application.
I am literally so pissed I requested my transcripts back on the 8th and they processed them on the 11th and were sent out and they still have not gotten to AADSAS. This is ridiculous, should I be worried they got lost?

I was wondering the same thing. I had both of mine sent out on the 10th and my primary school's transcript was received the 16th, still nothing from the other one even though I confirmed with the school that they sent it.
My transcripts were received on 6/16
My transcript was mailed out on the 5th and they updated it yesterday saying the received it on the 23rd. So that took about 17-20 days. Your transcript will also be received.

They received my transcript like 3 days ago even though I sent it out the day after the application opened.
Just checked on AADSASand they received it on the 23rd and I guess I barely made it into the first back because schools are telling me they got my application
Wow, I'm falling behind...I need to get my app submitted asap. So I will be getting probably around 30 more shadowing hours next week to raise my hours to about 80-90...do you guys think it makes sense to wait until I've done this and submit next Friday when I update my app or is now the time to really just submit and update my shadowing hours at a later date. My app is pretty much ready to go (still waiting on one LOR though). Thanks.

Im not exactly sure I check and it said my transcripts were received and I got an email from Boston University telling me they received my application.
Bringing your hours up by 33% seems like it's worth the wait to me. Some schools have a minimum of 100 hours (like Virginia) so 50 is probably a serious weakness in your application where an extra week is not. Early July is still very good. I have been told by several admissions council members that the real threshold point where it becomes difficult to get in is August when school starts.
