Food at AAO/ARVO conferences

Does anyone know where people typically eat at these conferences? Is food readily available on the conference floors, and are there quality choices?

Drug companies are spending most of their money on TV ads and not on doctors anymore. Not very much food.

Convention centers have some food for sale but food outside the convention center varies. In Chicago, none. In Las Vegas at the Venetian, plenty. In Seattle, where ARVO was, plenty.

Where do doctors eat? Those in smaller private practices may save money and eat on the cheap but those who can bill it to their department eat better.
