Post stats from PEARSON practice tests here....and let's try and figure out the average from each section that you would have to miss....Only count the 40 questions that it grades you on, and don't worry how many you got out of the 48, and just worry about the 40!

Biology:

26/40----> 65% correct ---> (between 39ish-59ish)

Chemistry:

22/40----> 55% correct ---> (between 36ish-56ish)
Quantitative:

Have not taken yet....

Reading:

33/40----> 80% correct ---> (between 69ish-89ish)

Verbal:

32/40----> 83% correct ---> (between 63ish-83ish)

When adding to this forum....copy what the last poster has already put...and then post stats with the newly added scores....for example if I had only take the verbal pearson practice test, and got a 33/40, it would look like this in the new post...and this is an example, so copy from the above post!

Just so you know, the practice test grades are intended merely as a guideline for studying, they in no way reflect the grading algorithm of the actual PCAT. In fact, the percentile rank for each specific exam is dependent on the performance of the candidates for that specific exam. Also, the raw score to scaled score algorithm is only privy to Pearson employees that design the exam.

Ding, Ding, Ding!

I understand that....but with all of that into consideration, this is the closest way to predict your PCAT scores, and/or how many you would have to miss for each section in a more accurate way than there is provided for us.:):):)

i found it super helpful! gives me a rough idea of where i stand!...im planning on taking these practice tests soon so i will let you guys know how that goes...
QUESTION!: do these tests have a similar format to the Dr. collins tests?
