Hi guys.

I had my interview last week. Lisa told our interview group that we would know our status within four weeks via regular snail mail. Is this the way everyone was notified? I saw a post somewhere on this board where someone was notified by a phone call. Anyone out there get an email? I was invited to the interview via email, I hope I am notified about my status through email.

Just wondering. It seems kinda odd that we have to be there the first of August, today is June 15 and we have to wait up to four weeks? This puts a huge strain on us in a limited amount of time.I have to move across the country, buy a car (no scooters in Hilo no matter what anyone tells you, it rains way too much and you have to drive either up or down a hill) and find a place to live.

I hope we are notified sooner. Any thoughts?

Hi Pink....

Yeah, you have to be patient with them these days. It seems they're really busy trying to get things lined up for this coming year. It took about a week from my interview date to recieve a call from Lisa Seese. At that time, my acceptance letter was also mailed via first-class mail. Since I havn't read of anyone being rejected, I am unsure as to how the University does that.

One question: you noted that we would need to be on-campus by the first of August. Is this information given online somewhere, or is it specific to pharmacy students? By all indications, it seems orientation for students doesn't begin until around the second week of August. Thanks!

I was notified of acceptance on Friday....Yes, we are required to be there for oreintation on Aug. 13-16th
