Lol nah, its not that terrible. I see facebook upload pics from friends of friends who are at the carib right now (MS4's), and it seems pretty chill to live on an island. I'm sure that studying medicine there is overall an enjoyable experience.

The only problems I would personally have would be 1) dealing with insecurity issues and 2) dealing with subpar peers.

The whole controversy is about what you do AFTER you are done studying medicine there. Concerning that stage of your education, your youtube link seems appropriate.
