I see that one of the questions on the ADEA PASS application is to have a letter written from the dean. Did everyone have this dean letter filled out if you studied at a foreign school? Since I left school, the dean has changed and there've been a lot of changes. I see that there's an option to fill in this option as "I cannot obtain dean's letter" for whatever reason but IDK if that looks bad on the application. Also, does ADEA PASS send an e-mail to your dean, which they fill/evaluate and digitally send to ADEA PASS or how does that work? There isn't any physical mail being sent to/from the country, right? Thanks!

Yes you will need to have your dean fill out the evaluation. It doesn't matter if it is a different dean from when you graduated. And yes they send your dean an email. Not a physical letter in the mail.
