At the beginning of the interview, the admissions called each interviewee's name and ask us to introduce ourselves. When I was called I started talking but didn't realize I was muted. when I
realized it, they moved on the the next
interviewee. It is on zoom. I'm worried that they take attendance through the introduction. I did participate in the actual interview. But it might still appears that I was late or something. Should I email the adcom and explain or will it only draw unnecessary negative attention to myself?

Adcoms don't take attendance. If you're on Zoom, they can see you. I'm surprised that no one told you to unmute.

It's too late to do anything about this now. Just make sure that you're ready for the next interview.
