Freaking out about what to do

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Get your shadowing hours up to 100.
Your sGPA is a little low but is still very competitive.
Pick up some volunteer hours or get involved with research.

There is no harm in applying this year, but if you do, make sure you apply early. Work on that personal statement and start asking for LORs. Even if you don't get in during this upcoming cycle, one year goes by extremely fast. Use that time to improve your overall application.

Agree with customx.

No reason zero reason to freak out - don't worry about it. I did 80% of my shadowing 1 month before AADSAS was submitted, and your GPA is way better than mine. You can write a good personal statement in a week, and fortunately, you have 3 months before the 1st round.

Have you taken your DAT? I would say the latest you want to turn in all of your TMDSAS application is by the end of July (preferably sometime in June).
