Anyone have any free CME resources? I’m already using UpToDate but would love additional freebies so I can save my CME money for trips.

Pro-Med. Medscape. Both free.

There are also several other iPhone apps with free cme, that I haven’t tried.

Birdstrike answered below, but are you finding UTD to be inadequate? I feel like every time I've needed to record CME, my UTD account has WAAAAAAY more hours available to turn in than I need.

Baptist South Florida has free CMEs, including most of the Florida required courses for the people in Florida.

This is my first time having to renew my license, honestly it probably will be fine but I’m just paranoid lol

I've been audited (CA). Just needed to send in certs.

Agree, uptodate takes literally minutes to manufacture 100 credits. Don't know what the appeal of CME has been

Baptist Health South Florida no longer has free CME for the 6 hours of specific CME subjects (I think it's medical errors, controlled substances, domestic violence, etc.). They charge a small fee which is smaller than anybody else. There are some free CME courses that cover some of the subjects of the required 6 hours. University of Florida has those CME that are free only for University of Florida faculty and residents.
Ouch. It's $10/course now. That's new from last year. What's annoying is that it looks like their nursing CME courses are still free.
