Free elective

Hey guys, I'd like some feedback on which course you would choose for a free elective.

1.) A sociology course that is about community service and includes fieldwork.
2.) A sociology course on the US healthcare system, doctor/patient relationship, etc

Whichever is more interesting to you, or whichever is taught by the "better" professor. I personally would probably pick option 1 with all other things being equal.

which sociology course you take will not affect you admission chances AT ALL. choose courses for you.

My advisor told me to take a sport elective for fun my sophomore year... i took evolutionary anthro. it was a blast. cheers.

Whichever you take shouldn't make any difference in terms of applying for med school (if that's why you are asking). So, just take whichever interests you the most!
