If anything, you could list it as a fraternal organization. If it gets brought up in an interview you could give a brief description of how you have benefited from it, what you have contributed to it, and how you uphold its ideals in your everyday life.
In principle, it is similar to a Greek organization at undergraduate institutions. For example, I'm in a fraternity, if it gets brought up in an interview I'd be more than happy to talk about my experience being part of a fraternity! I'd tell why I chose the chapter I did, what I have gained from having been in a fraternity, and what I have given back to my chapter.
I would expect the interviewers to be able to look past the stereotype of the organization. If they didn't, that would be the equivalent of them judging a person based on religious and political beliefs. I would put it on there, but that is just my personal opinion. A person who can speak honestly from experience of fraternal organizations. When people find out I'm in a fraternity I get the stereotypical questions about hazing, drinking, parties, and everything else that people associate with "Animal House" and "American Pie: Beta House".
Ultimately, it depends on what YOU think. If you decide to do it and you believe that you it has had a positive influence on your life, put it down!!
I hope this has been helpful for you, as well as everyone else who reads this post. My fraternity is one of the most important things in my life, simply because I strive to uphold my chapters beliefs, expectations, and ideas every day. As well as make sure that my brothers are living up to the name every day.
