Playing hockey Friday morning. That's a big advantage of living in Canada- the city operates dozens of municipal ice rinks and they have old people (55+) pick-up hockey (which they call "shinny") every morning. It's 90 minutes, and only costs a little over $5 Canadian per game. Been skating 4 morning per week before week. Down 35 pounds since moving here 6 months ago ( though that could also be from the cheap watery Canadian beer and total absence of bourbon, eh). Polish Festival in the city square across the street all weekend, so golumpkis, kielbasa, and maybe some Polkas in my future!
