i am also taking nbde 1 in dec. please guide me how to study ? i am studying alone ...so sometime really tense ....please give me some encouraging quotes too .....and guide me ...i will be greatful .

Hi guys, I took the part 1 in Jul,04. I studied alone too. I didn't know about the decks and this website until the day before the test date. There was a staff from IU recommened that I take Kaplan course. I studied from Kaplan materials, released tests, and internet search. It took time(about 4 to 5 months), but I made it. I got the result yesterday :anatomy 94, bio/phys 91, micro/patho 94, dent anat 98, and everage 94. That's more than my expectation. I graduated in 1989 in Thailand. I was a moderate student in my class. I think if you keep on going and doing it consistently, you'll surely make it.

congratulations......... 👍 i am really impressed ........please do guide me how to study ???? i am really very confused .. like i start studying anatomy from kaplan , head and neck muculo skeletal anatomy is of 2 pages but when i read it was too much i mean they just gave names of muscle and and contents of triangles of neck and name of artery and vein .....i mean now i am confused how to go through it , i should do detail from text book ? and what about contents of triangle of neck ? should i learn them by heart or what ......please guide me ..please ..........
