Someone told me that if a school doesn't receive full accreditation status by the time their students graduate, those students can only practice in that state unless the school receives full accreditation. I'm not talking about the charter class since they can't receive the full accreditation until after they have passed the NAPLEX and requirements are met. I contacted the school to ask, I got a reply, but my question wasn't answered. I called ACPE, but I was on hold for so long so I hung up. Does anyone know if this is true?

You really shouldn't listen to some people, including "someone" and i'm glad you went to seek out the correct answer. Any school that has "Candidate" status can graduate students. Any student that graduates from a school with Candidate status is free to practice in any of the 50 states of their choosing. There is no restriction. What you may want to do is figure out what the accredidation status of the school is. Pre-canddate status is nothing to fear either. While a school can not graduate students with this status, it is given to all schools just starting out and usually given candidate status before the charter class graduates.
