Very read these, but it's just not the same as understanding the basics before being thrown in with a crazy role that doesn't get fully explained and then get told conflicting things.

Quick Mafia Championship Update

For those who didn't follow the Mafia Championship to the end, Dels from GameFAQs ended up winning the fourth season. He will be receiving a winner's certificate signed by Dmitry Davidoff, the creator of Werewolf/Mafia.

Hydra Event 2017 - Interested?

Last year 220 players from dozens of different communities participated in the first ever cross-community Hydra Event. It was a big success and people have been wanting another one, so... It's finally here!

If you don't know what "hydra" means, it's when two people share the same account (two heads). So the concept is that each participating community can send multiple hydras if they want, each consisting of two players, which tends to make the game more fun in addition to making it easier to be active since two players are playing on the same account.

Sign-ups will be open for next couple of weeks. Those signing up will receive a link to a Doodle + a Google Survey so that they can be slotted into a game that suits their availability and preferences wrt game size and type.

If you'd like to play, just find a partner and lemme know either here or in the thread below.

Basically I've matched up specific disciplines for VtM with the sorts of general roles I've seen in WW games, with a little bit of story flair thrown in. It'll be basic, but hopefully still interesting. :)

I didn't play the VtM games too much but I am quite familiar with the WoD through the Werewolf: the Apocalypse games so I might be interested, depending on timing and what's going on with me.

I think they just like me hanging around because of the weird but mostly accurate strategy I use to find wolves in popcorn (super speed) games. So probably more like infamous than making it big. :laugh:

I also appear to be a (relatively) better wolf on there for whatever reason...

Haha, I think I was actually called Wife on the tally in my first game and it caused some mild confusion about me being MrsSOV since I was voting for SOV.

just found this thread!

I googled to see if a Battlestar Galactica game had already been done (just finished a rewatch of the series). Couldn't find it.

I have a decent amount of time on my hands, and I've love to learn how to mod by co-modding (assuming there's some bitch/grunt work to do?)

I'd love to hydra with @Animal Midwife if she's still looking to do that, she seems the only one that can follow my train of thought at all, there's something similar to our styles, at least as far as seeming sketch

totally want to play more games and help out however I can

as far as themes, I have tons of ideas

some have maybe been done.....

FYI someone please ping me in the next game that comes up! And I've been interested in learning to mod something someday soon as well, so if anyone is looking for a co-mod and Crayons doesn't want to do it...

if someone hasn't already done it, or called it.... I would love to do Battlestar Galactica. I think I could make it really good from a stylistic point. Is there someone who actually knows what they are doing already on it? Could I help? Otherwise put me down for it in the conceptual category, and maybe someone with actual experience would team up with me on it?
