My favorite way to make chili is with black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans and lentils. So much deliciousness.
I have tried to figure out which bean is healthiest and it turns out they all offer different nutrients! So variety is good 😀
I like canned sweet corn in mine with just a touch of cocoa powder for bitterness and depth. Please, no death threats from the chili purists. It's really tasty.
