What we may end up doing (AM and I are literally discussing options right now lol) is possibly opening nominations after CYO and seeing how many categories we actually succeed in filling, and if we end up with too many unfilled, rolling this year's 9 games into the next awwards cycle

or just doing that without the nominations part of it

or adjusting the awwards cycle to cut off at the start of the next noob game

Love them all, but the following concepts stick out to me: the hobbit, handmaid’s tale, force awwakens, Avengers, Moana, Schitt’s creek, doctor who pt 3, parks and rec

Do I recall seeing last few years may not have had aWWards either? Could you combine with those older years?

It's difficult to retroactively do awards because they're often not memorable enough or the people involved in those games aren't around. AM did retroactive awards once, I think, but it was before I was involved with WW at all and I don't think it went very well.

But also, we ran VERY few games in 2024 before play died off, and 2023 did have its own awwards!

I played around a dozen games before I started modding (this was in the 12 hour cycle days so that only took about 4 months), but you definitely don't have to play that many before tagging along as a baby mod.

And unlike my modator, you won't have to worry about me abandoning you to run a game you didn't design and only barely understand
