since it is the latest fashion to talk about personal problems...here is mine..
I am planing on using my first pay checks as a pharmacist in 2009!! to get a tommy tuck...and may be a breast implant if i get a package deal..

I am going to the gym but not as often as i should..since there still no 6 packs showing up..sometime i get discourage because i know that i am going to have more kid in the coming years..so i kinda use that as an excuse and get lazy and dream about this quick fix called " surgery"

Anybody with any advise on:
1) best states to go for those procedures ( cheap and good quality)
2) if i do get a breat implant, do i risk to have back problems since i am already a bra 38C 85/95 ...how big should i got or can i go without causing back pbs

euh..forget about the speech on "feel good in your body" I don't, period..

all this changes from my pregnancy where just too sudden for my weak mind..i love my son to death but life is not fair for women..

I don't recommend elective surgery. The risks are too high. I've seen people on vents who didn't come out of anesthesia for simple operations. There are complications down the road, too.

I could stand to lose 100 pounds (seriously), but I would never consider surgery. I got to see 2 people die who were 5-10 years post gastric bypass. The ones who die years later because their gut doesn't function don't appear in the stats.

My sister wears an A cup, but she hasn't had breast implants. Fake boobs just don't bounce naturally. Most guys I know prefer their women without artificial enhancements.

As for "tummy tucks", this won't stop you from gaining weight when you become pregnant again. Also, see my above concerns with surgery.

Maybe you need to talk to a counselor or someone who can help you with these issues you are having with yourself.

If your going to have more children soon that tummy tuck will probably be wasted money. Wait until you are done with pregnancy. There is a possibility that if you have a pooch you cant get rid of, it could be muscle seperation and not due to fat. In which case surgery is the only way to fix it.

Depending on your frame size your breast size is probably ample and natural looking. If your unhappy with the shape, just get a lift. Fake boobies look nice in clothes, but no so much up close. Also be aware that large breasts can make you look fat unless you are wearing fitted clothing.

As for referals, the best way to find a doc is to get his name from someone whos had work done a few years prior and has been happy with it.

Watch a couple plastic surgery shows on discover channel, they are not gentle to your body at all, and when you wake up you are in INTENSE pain for a long time. Recovery time can be long. These network makeover shows make it look like these are things you can get done over a lunch hour.

My friend got fake boobies and they are kinda nasty. Sorta like two ginormous half-melons stapled really high on the bony chest of a very skinny girl. They look OK in clothes, but in the bathing suit, yuck.

Also, I felt them (at her request) and they do NOT feel natural.

They make her happy, though - so I guess that's something.

Ok, this is it..i have to admit that you guys have destroyed the glamour image i had of breast implant..( those shows on TV got me good) You see i do not know anyone who has them...( actually yes..but she is oversea and i have not seen her since she got them.....) but i never touch implant....

i am glad that i brough it up here..even if at the beginning i was just having fun from Caverject post..you have opened my eyes..

i certainly do no want to do something that is going to damage my body..I will look into the breast lift option..b/c like someone pointed out ..it is not the size that makes me incomfortable...but the shape..if the lift can fix that..Amen... 😍

thanks for your advises.

Pregnancy and its aftermath can wreak havoc on the body. That in turns harms your self image. I totally understand and relate.

I think some of the "lift" procedures can be helpful once someone has lost the desired amount of weight. Now I just need to get busy with my diet and exercise!

Good luck!

One thing nobody taks about is the fact that you will probably loose sensation on your breasts after the implants.
That is not a good trade off if you ask me!
You would be a little extra generous to your partner at your own loss.

I have a friend who had a masectomy, and I think in that case I would do it.
But I don't care how small they are, I won't let go of sensation for looks!

You have a 38C and you want more? WTF is wrong with you? Go jogging without a bra and then tell me how much you're willing to shell out for even more uncomfortable ones.

forget about the speech on "feel good in your body" I don't, period..
Prozac is cheaper than surgery.

you must be one of the following:

a) a guy
b) a woman that has never had a child
c) a complete idiot
d) all of the above
e) none of the above

calm down..there is not reason to jump on the prozac.. havin some trouble with our body image perception is a common problem among first time mother...
it takes time to adapt and meanwhile you just feel in hell sometimes and some people like me daydream of quick fix..you might now agree on what i wanna do..or actually wanted..as if you have taken the time to read the entire tread you will have notice a change in my plan for a new "me"...i never really tought about breast lift before somebody mention it here..that an option i will look at when the right time come.

if physician started putting first time mother that are not happy with their new body on prozac....prozac will have to become an OTC drug!!!!! or we will need a life time prescription of prozac.which will not be cover by insurance...meaning that it might be cheaper to get the surgery after all...

As a man, your breast size is more than than fine. They actually sound quiet nice!! Myself and almost all of my male friends do not like the breast implants. I rather have something small and natural compared to these huge, bigger than your head breasts that don't move and just sit there and don't really bounce or jiggle. Although a breast lift probably is a good idea after all the kids are had. Also, wait to have the tummy tuck then if you still want one. You will be wasting the money if you have the tuck and have more children afterwards. Good luck!

Also, to get the six pack, I used a regiment of just water and baked chicken, fish and fresh or frozen vegs. Also, I bought a Torso Track and that machine made my abs hurt more than I thought was possible. That did the trick for me when I was concerned about the six pack.

Um...thanks for the none of the above option? I'm still wondering how I could be a AND b, though.

Cosmetic surgery is for suckers. If you can't tolerate your body the way it is, you have psychological issues. If you didn't want to **** up your body with a kid, you could've adopted. You're going to get old, and your tits are going to sag. You're going to get wrinkles, you're going to get flabby, you're going to decay until you die of old age, and then you're going to look worse. Might as well deal with it and save your money for something important.

Damn...why all this unnecessary venom?? I dont think cos. surgery is for suckers but i do think alot of people try to deal with issues of self-loathing (ala Michael Jackson) this way. I guess thats why these doctors screen their patients before surgery. But If the OP wants a tummy tuck...so what...Nothing wrong with dat. Good luck

p.s. How could anyone be 'all of the above' OP??? :meanie:

So you confess that you are a trans-sexual.... that makes you a) and b)

Never too late to come out of the closet..congrat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not going to argue with you arguing about my personal preferences...

You keep offering expensive solutions..don't you know that adoption is more expensive than a tommy tuck...keep thinking and let me know when you find something cheaper...keep up with the good work...i appreciate..

i still have about 3-4 kids to have and still want to "fix" the damages...by any mean....that does not involve a lot of sweat!!!!!!!!!!
I welcome any suggestion...( i will be starting a diet of baked chicken and water anytime soon....) i 'll keep you updated...

ps: Cool down you are over-reacting..i have not add my tommy tuck yet.and still a functional human being...just like my signature said...my body is not the center of my attention 24/7..i still have a life..i don't spend all my free time planning my make over..just that one day..i will do it.....

here is a cheap auto-suggestion:

I already though about removing the TV from the house..it's not my fault if the TV make me feel like i can have my 4 kids and still have a body like "nothing has happen"..well i guess that makes me the only person in the world that is influenced by TV....bad bad girl

but i can't even do that ..I am addicted to news channel..CNN..i can't live without them...this is it..i surrender....  give me a prescrption for prozac..i realy need it..

With the diet change, you must also change your body composition. Therefore, it is essential that you also workout. Mostly cardio but also do some weight exercises. Women do not bulk up like men do so don't be concerned with that unless you are doing 5 hrs a day or something of power lifting. Remember that muscle burns calories even while you sleep, while the fat just sits there. Also, since you are primarily concerned with the stomach (abs) region I would suggest some type of ab workout. I found the Torso Track style of ab workout the best for results although it does put alot of stress on the lower back. The workout will get the abs to become muscle; however, to see the six pack you have to get the fat off by the diet. Soft drinks bloat you and the fried food sticks to you. So, stay clean with baked, broiled foods and limit calories whenever and do some cardio you like 5 days a week (remember to switch cardio exerices though because the body gets used to the workout usually every 4 to 6 weeks) and unlike other muscle groups abs can be worked everyday. But I would limit it to 5 days a week to allow some recovery time. Stay disciplined and watch the weight come off while your body appearance changes to a more defined look as fat is replaced by the muscle you are building. Also, your results will also depend on your age and the amount you have to lose.

There is a similar type of equipment to a Torso Track called I believe a Torso Tiger. It has the same basic principles involved. In fact, you can get a handle bar with a wheel through it and achieve the same results. You just don't get a nice comfortable knee pad! The key to those types of ab machines are you need a flat, smooth surface to stretch out over to get the full frictionless burn. Usually after doing 6 sets of 15, I could not catch my breath because my abs were so tight. But, no pain, no gain and without disciplne you have nothing. Good luck!

First of all, I just have to say that there is nothing wrong with rewarding yourself with a little surgery. You totally deserve it!! We all have things that could be improved and it will definitely make you feel awesome!

I am 25 and I always hated my small B cup boobs even though they fit my 5'10" size 4 frame. After YEARS of research I finally got an aug and went to a nice C cup. I don't know exactly what you are looking for, if you are looking for a better shape and size for yours ( a full D is probably as big as you want to go)but you should figure that out and meet with lots of docs! Also, try to speak with girls you know that have had them with nice results. Every doc is different, mine was very conservative and that is why I chose him and some are all about the big porn star look. Figure out what you want and go from there. A lot of docs will do 2 procedures at once but the recovery is quite painful and long so some prefer to do each at a time. I know nothing about tummy tucks other than the fact that your belly button will be recreated and you will have a decent sized scar. Feel free to pm me if you want more info! Good luck!

I abhor you.

You are the most inarticulate, inane ***** to have ever bore witness to these boards. The grilled chicken I ate for supper spews forth better "ENGRISH" than you.

Not only that, the grilled chicken possesses a remarkably higher IQ, no desire to undergo lyposuction and actually serves more purpose in procreating than you.

P.S: There is a greater chance that we will someday digest corn, than comprehend one of your posts.

Use their own words against them I always say 😀

Have you given any thought to how getting plastic surgery for yourself will affect the way your children grow to think about themselves/their bodies? I am not trying to judge! Just wondering if you thought of the long-term effects. I hope that whatever you choose makes you happy!

Oh, and I am not an expert, but I heard that breast implants can become encapsulated, which is where scar tissue forms around the implant material inside of the breasts and makes them very hard. Then you have to have the tissue beaten by someone to soften it, and this is very painful. Excuse me if this is not correct, just what I heard- may want to ask someone.

Yes, encapsulation is a very real possibility with implants, that it why they instruct you on how to massage them from the beginning.

I had to laugh at "have the tissue beaten by someone to soften it" though, Im picturing paying someone to beat at you with a bat Sopranos style.

This thread is still up?

Thanks for the info about the pain...b/c i am all about "no pain ..no pain"...

Now the kids part.well i haven't think that deep yet

but my general thinking is "one should be happy"..period. no matter how he/she gets there or how long or what it takes to make one happy.
This will be good for the kids too...my kids won't be the center of my life forever and i won't be the center of their lives forever...

I will make choices that i am happy with..and that's the most important to me..make them understand that they will have one day the power to make choices..

The trick being not to be stupid enough to do things without knowing what they put themselves into...( step one ask advice...like mom 😀 )
out of a family of 8 children i was the first one to do it all...tattoo, tongue piercing..name it...at first my parents were like.. 😱 then 😕 then 🙂

but they did not try to fight it...they just ignore me and my "experiences" and last year..i felt ready to get ride of my tongue P after 7 years...

So implants or not...i have enough issues to discuss with the kids before they even realise that mommy got fake BB  ( if i do)

and if my daughter come to me with idea of comestic surgery. i will help her think about it, explore it b/f making any decision, and if after that she still want it..i will there for her, holding her hand b/c i know for sure that my own mother will be there for me if i really decide to go that way...)

when reading this thread.people do not realise that this all thing has been blown out of proportion...i am not ready to have surgery on every inch of my body.

if after the multiple births we are planning on having, i want to help nature by "fixing" some of the souvenir that pregnancies leave behind them 😀 then good for me... 👍

Babies, the gift that keeps on giving. I'm experiencing some pregnancy "souvenirs" right now that I wish I could pass on to someone else!
Any takers, hahahaha....
