I will be working as a behavioral tech for kids with Autism, volunteering at a hospice center (playing music), shadowing, and working with a political campaign as a volunteer leader. Together, I hoped to work with different patient populations, combine my interests (music, politics, and medicine), and get more volunteer clinical exposure. Should I be worried that I will not be doing clinical employment?

This IS clinical in my book. Extra points for working with a vulnerable population.

It is not clinical in my book except the hospice which has "patients" but that's okay. You are keeping busy and involved in things that you feel strongly about and that is what we like to see.
