B+'s won't hurt you at all. I mean if your other grades are A's then no one will care. Even if they aren't A's, they still won't care. B- and C's are what raise the eyebrows. It's your cumulative science gpa that matters...they won't have time to scrutinize every class, except maybe ochem and biochem (so I've heard). Apparently ochem is the most similar to the kind of classes in med school cuz of the need to retain info.

Looks like it is between an A- and a B... just kidding. Anyway, a B+ is a great grade-- from personal experience, I know it is difficult to get a B+ in class when you think you should have pulled an A. A B+ is a solid grade and don't let the anal world we call "Premed" get you down. 😀
 
Getting an A in General Genetics here is damn near impossible and a B+ is also pretty impressive. I wouldn't worry at all if I were you. ;-)
