BTW, find any good pictorial path book and you will run into his slides, as they are culled from different sources. Try to envision what the Q will ask, like about what pathological process or what tumor marker is present or what cell is inexcess/deficient, etc. His lectures mainly focus on pathology with some info on biochem, genetics, histology, anatomy and pharm, but not really a comprehensive, "all-bases covered" approach. Using this and FA is putting you a long way towards doing very well, but the last few points or so seem to be the hardest ones to get.
