No. The audio is a copyrighted series of lectures from a crash course Goljan did for Kaplan quite a few years back. They were never legally released for purchase and are not legally available. They are illegal, copyrighted, bootlegs.
There had been some buzz on here that he might be doing a new set of lectures at some point for another prep company, but at this point I don't believe this is available.
