Goljan pathology different versions, which one is better?

I am so confused about Goljan Notes I got two versions already 124p pages audio script, High Yield Notes , 52 pages (2002), Now people are talking about 36 pages and 44 pages versions. The 125 pages one is dense and time consuming, would you please help me with this: which one is better? Could you please help me with the shorter version ones?
