Ok so as of right now I have a ~3.7 GPA at my university and I'm pretty confident about it getting even higher as I just finished ochem. But my question is, I didn't transfer to my current university until my sophomore year and I came in with a 3.335 GPA, so how will med schools see this when I apply? Will they see it as just one GPA or will they see it as two separate GPA's? I've asked my pre-med advisor about this and she did say our university doesn't merge the GPA's but I'm still curious.

AMCAS (and consequently med school adcoms) does not directly use the GPA listed on your transcript. The computer calculates your GPA by multiplying the credit hours for every college course you have ever taken (including those from previously attended universities) by the corresponding grade on a 4-point scale, adding up these values and dividing by the total number of credit hours. So, yes, your 3.335 will factor into your “GPA” as determined by AMCAS.

Ok, exactly what I needed to know! Thank you!

There's also a breakdown by each year of undergrad (+ postbac + grad if you have those) so they'll see an upward trend from your freshman year to now.
