GPA Trend Question

So I have a 3.65 overall and a 3.55 science. I was wondering if the trend is something that is worthy of being mentioned in my personal statement/interviews or is it not a big enough difference? I go to Michigan btw.

Freshman - 3.3
Sophomore - 3.8
Junior - 3.85

There are many Secondary essay prompts that might suit the purpose of highlighting your upward trend, like "Discuss a Challenge You Overcame," or How Did you manage a Significant Stress in Your Life," or "Explain any Blips in your Academic Progress," or "Is There Anything Else You'd Like the Adcomm to know."
