grades or USMLE 1?

Hi:

i'm a DO student and my school is on a letter-grade system, i.e., A, B, C...

Do i need to stress over it and try to get mostly A's in order to get into a good CA residency (UC Davis, Stanford, Greater VA/LA, Loma Linda...) or should i just focus on the USMLE 1 and try to get more exposure into PM & R?

I think you should just focus on getting the best grades that you can and that in turn should help you do well on the USMLE. Obviously gettting more exposure to PM&R will not only help you, but will show an interest in the field. While the CA programs are competitive because of location, they aren't impossible matches.
