GRE scores from ETS - psych GRE

Most of my schools do not require the psych GRE, though I signed up for a test day and will be taking it. However, to make a long story short, I decided that I will not send my scores.

Even though schools say that the test is optional, since I took the test, will I be required to report my scores? Does anyone know if they will be able to see whether I took the test based on my general test score print-out sent to them by ETS?

Yes, I believe they receive all of the GRE scores. I could be wrong?
