Great sGPA....without math :(

SO....I'm not a strong math person and I was just calculating my AMCAS GPA and, come to find out, I have a 3.84 BCP (No M) but only a 3.747 BCPM. I know ADCOMS look over transcripts in more depth than just GPA, so will they take into account that its really math that's holding me back?

If you dont have an A in Calc III and Numeral theory you should kiss you chances goodbye. Seriously though, do you think they would care about one B in math? In all liklihood they will look at 3.74 and move on to other parts of your app .

Its not like one B, its a series of B/B-'s except for the one math class I took at a CC

no use crying over spilt milk. What is done is done , move forward and keep getting A's. You have a good GPA. Those Bs are not going to keep you out of medical school.

In all liklihood they will look at 3.74 and move on to other parts of your app .

Ironic that you say it’s math holding you back. Your sGPA is above the mean for matriculants.

Wow I thought there was a 3.7 3.4 discrepency and you'd gotten C's in math... You're fine
