Anybody know of some good ophtho audio lectures or audio books?

I'll try to add interesting and useful links / texts that I stumble upon - it would be awesome if we all could post things we find useful here!

As Seen From Here Podcast (http://www.asseenfromhere.com/)- I used to listen to these on my commute - they are very good. Usually it is the author of a recent publication who talks about their topic.

AAO used to put out hour long roundtable discussion podcasts that were great but stopped a few years ago.

What do you all recommend for references and texts:

1) Kanski's Clinical Ophthalmology

2) Clinical Ophthalmology Atlas

3) Eye Pathology- Ralph Eagle Jr. (Wills, Ocular Path Guru)

4) Lange- General Ophthalmology (great overview - strong reading after something like ophthobook.com has been exhausted)
