While this seems to be so insignificant now that such tragedy has occured, I would like any thoughtful responses.
I am scheduled to fly (assuming airports open) from Boston to DC Monday night for a Tuesday interview. I am planing to call GW on Friday to get a feel what they believe is best...but to tell you the truth, I am very scared. Not only would I be flying in two of the three cities where tragedy occured, I will be flying on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.
I don't want to be fearful, b/c that is what the terrorists would want, but at the same time, getting into medical school is something that I (and assume most of you) have been working towards for many years.
I realize I may be babbling--and for that I apologize. I just keep hoping to wake up from this nightmare.
My prayers go out to all the people and their families and loved ones that were victims.
