Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about the GWU program from current/recent MPH students. I was recently accepted to the Global Health Design and Monitoring concentration. The only person I know who attended GWU really hated it for what seems like a number of good reasons. I'm abroad with poor internet access so I'm a bit stuck getting access to information from anyone else. I would love to be in DC and on paper the GWU program looks great. Any advice?

I just wrote to tell the OP that I have had a lot of luck going through posts from last year and finding people who were planning on attending particular schools for this fall. I have gotten great feedback from those I contacted and they were very friendly and informative. Since the OP had limited access to the internet I just gave them the names of two people who were planning on attending GWU this fall(so they should be there currently).
Disclaimer: I don't know these people and don't know how friendly/informative they are. I just had a lot of luck contacting current students(through this forum) that are attending a few of the schools I am really interested in.

For those who already applied to GWU, for the secondary application do you guys think I should put the BEST score I received on the GRE since I have taken it twice?

I struggled with the same question due to the small space they (GW) provide. Ultimately, I just squeezed in both of my scores and it didn't seem to be a problem.

Also, thanks for the advice from posters above.
