OMG 😱 I forgot i applied there. :laugh:
 
Went for an interview on april 24 but they are not going to make decisions till May ending.
 
The wait is killing me. I called Hampton SOP, talked to 2 different administrators and got an entirely different reply regarding acceptance letters from each. One told me that they are going to be interviewing until the end of May and was not sure if the acceptance/ denial letters are being sent out already. Another told me that acceptance letters have been going out from past few weeks and hopefully will be sending out denial letters before the end of next week since school closes for Summer on the 11th May...that's next Friday. Don't know what to believe. I am anxiously waiting....I haven't received any letter so far...dreading the wait.

Does anyone know whats going on?
 
I really hope that they are still interviewing. They're my last hope for pharmacy school this fall and I still haven't received a request for an interview, although I'm still hopeful. To all those who interviewed, could you please share your stats? My stats overall GPA 2.9, prereq GPA 3.4, and 85 PCAT. I should at least get an interview, right?

they are sending out acceptance/denial letters??? when I had my interview on april 10 they told me I will have to wait until june, freaking june to find out if I get in or not! good luck to all those waiting to hear back for interviews and accpetances

Ya'll are gonna be waiting a longgggg time! Last year my friend got in there. He wasn't wait listed or anything, just regular accepted. He got his acceptance letter around June 10th, had to quit his job, terminate his lease and move from Houston to there, everything because they want you there for some kind of orientation by around July 20th!

has anyone who interviewed at hampton this year been accepted yet? Also what is everyone doing for the physical education requirement? I called the admissions office the other day and they said that it is mandatory, just like all the other pre-req's
 
Nothing here. Just waiting. feels like forever....one more week to go for May to end. It's getting unbearable.

I just got a rejection from Hampton...wondered why they took so long to tell me this. Anyhoo, good luck to everybody else.

Acceptances are on the way. The administrator told me that she mailed a few acceptances yesterday morning and some today. We should have it by the end of next week if its been mailed thru USPS. Good luck everybody.
 
I've got my letter today. Accepted.

Stats:
B.S. Biochemistry and Chemistry
GPA: over 3.0
PCAT: 70%
Nailed my interview

Sorry about the rejection and I hope u got accepted somewhere else. Can you tell your stats and how the interview went if you had one, i am still waiting to hear.

Do u live in the Hampton Roads area. Have you completed all pre-reqs or are you still taking classes. Also just curious if you ahve completed 80 hr experience ?

Did extremely well on the interview...

Have they sent you an 'Acknowledgement of Acceptance' form along with the letter? Also did you receive any other details regarding completion of your pre-reqs? Do you have any pre-req's yet to be completed?

I have received the Acknowledgement of Acceptance and this should be signed and returned no later than June 15

They did include an "Acknowledgement of Acceptance" form along with my letter. Other than that, I did not see anything else.

I have already finished all the pre-reqs.

You're right about the June 15 deadline. It should be signed and returned by then. Good luck with everything.

I live in Virginia Beach. I have finished all my pre-reqs (a while ago). Also, I have completed my 80 hours already and sent it along with my application in March. Though, I'm still working at the pharmacy at the moment.

Are you going to HU too?

For those of you who were accepted to Hampton could you please give a few tips. First off, I am have completed most of my prereqs just not the physics and organic chm. By the time I apply the only time I can take organic chemistry will be in the summer at those 4 week classes and physics somewhere either in the summer before the pharmd program or in the spring before that. I was wondering if you got accepted what kind of prereqs did you still have to complete when you applied. Please PM me thanks!

Has anyone gotten a letter this week?
 
I had my interview in early april and still have not heard anything back from this school. Does anyone know if the class is full by now. Everytime I call the admissions office they just say "we are still working on letters", I am so sick of waiting.
