Harvard and VirtualEvals

Anyone whose school is using VirtualEvals complete at Harvard? Mine says incomplete. Under letters it says

"XXX XXX University - Submitted Via VirtualEvals - - - Not Received"

Anyone know how to call and straighten this out?

Oh dang, I just checked and realize I have the same issue. I assumed I had been complete for a long time. Virtual Evals here as well.

I think they might actually just print out the virtual evals. So until that is done you won't be complete.

same problem here. i submitted over a month ago and still listed as incomplete. i did email admissions, he said the letters are there and the status page will be updated in 7-10 days. it was a forwarded message so i am guessing i am not the first one to ask...
so let's keep hoping!
if any of you get the "complete" notice, let us know!

Got this message only like 2 hours after emailing them...impressive...

"Thank you for your e-mail. There is nothing you need to do. We are downloading those letters daily and adding them to files as quickly as we can."

Just irritating because I finished that damn secondary like 5 weeks ago. Garrr. Non-rolling, I know, but it's still irritating.

You can check which schools have uploaded your virtualevals letters through the premed office (or whoever takes care of your letters).
