ok.. so this is like my third thread on Harvard LORs alone...
but I just want to let everyone know that if your online status page is not updated and it has been a while in regard of ur LORs... do call them... as for me, all my lors were sent in end of september, but nothing shows on my status page.. so I called them, again, today... and apparently they have never received 4 or 5 of my LORS... i suspect they just misplaced them somewhere... but the moral of the story is.. call them, they are nice enough that they will look in your file and the admission office for any lost mail for you.
