im a medical student...My
friend is 22 years old
male. He has been
suffering from headaches
for last 4 months. He
says that he knows in
advance about the
headache but can't
explain what he feels
like, headache is felt in
frontal region, then
severely felt at glabella
and supraorbital region.
Headache or aura is not
ass...ociated with
nausea,shortness of
breath, ear/eye problem.
No family history of
headache. No history of
head trauma/surgery.
headache is felt thrice
in a week. He takes
disprin and panadol to
reliev the pain and feels
like lying down. He also
told his eyes become
heavy and numb. In
addition to this he also
complains of backache
since last 6 or 7 months,
relieved by pain killers,
felt mostly in the
morning. He changed his
bed. Sleeps fine doesnt
watch excessive tv. what
could be the possible
diagnosis?.. or any
recommendations? he does
not want to go to doctors
