Hi all! I recently purchased a Dr. Collin's PCAT set off someone on SDN. However, I'm pretty sure I got hustled 🙁 Supposedly, I was purchasing the 2011 September-updated version. However, I just found out that I am possibly missing several section exams. Can someone please clarify if I am missing any sections/quizzes/exams/papers. Thanks in advance!!

I don't remember the exact pages of notes, but you are definitely missing a few tests.

I remember explicitly there was at least 5 math tests and 11 chemistry tests.

Definitely no updates if there aren't at least 11 chemistry tests...

I bought mine straight from Dr. Collins this May, here's what I have:

Bio:
-25 pg. study guide
-9 practice tests

Chem:
-Inorganic study guide (35 pgs.)
-Organic study guide (43 pgs.)
-4 pg. appendix with answers to both guides
-11 practice tests

Reading:
-6 practice tests

Quant:
-27 pg. study guide
-7 practice tests

Verbal:
-PCAT Analogies (4 pgs. of 174 analogies to know/memorize)
-Analogies vocab list
-8 practice tests

Essay:
-4 pg. guide w/ 28 sample topics and writing tips

Miscellaneous:
-January 2012 update (various additional practice questions from each subsection)

...since yours doesn't isn't the latest version it's possible they added a few more tests with the January update.

Chem:
-Inorganic study guide (35 pgs.)
-Organic study guide (43 pgs.)
-4 pg. appendix with answers to both guides
-11 practice tests

Do you mean 'General Chem' study guide (instead of Inorganic)?. Seems like they added a couple of practice tests to some sections this year.

Dr. Collins calls it "inorganic chemistry study guide" but yeah, it's considered gen chem on the pcat.

I don't think it matters if you have the old Collins version. He doesn't know what will show up on the new PCAT format.

Would anyone be able to send me pg. 15 from the Gen Chem section? Its the 2011 version. Or maybe give me an explanation of what is on that page. Thanks so much!
