Help ece evaluation

I had my transcript evaluated by ECE and I had a gpa of 3.7 after general evaluation. After the course by course evaluation my gpa was 3.2. I am totally devastated. What can i do about it.

Should i call ECE? Because i really believe the first gpa is a true reflection. I think i should do better than a 3.2.

Also why should the gpa change. I thought it will be the same.

GPA can change from one type to another.
R u sure u sent in all your documents? maybe u missed out a high school cert or something..
U can call them and ask.

I did the general evaluation first and asked for a course by course after that so i can apply to schools. They said i did not need to send in any more documents and that my documents i sent for my general was sufficient. So I only sent in my undergrad transcripts. That is my Bachelor of Medical science degree and my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree transcript.

Also i already quoted the first gpa on my documents. What should i do about it.
