Help , GPA score and admission

Hi , I graduated from dental school 10 years ago , practiced dentistry for 5 years then got Immigration through skilled program in Canada
my question is : since I got bad GPA , I also failed through the course of school three times out of five due to emotional troubles
I finally graduated however , my final score was not very bright
do I have any chances to get to any Dental school in USA or Canada with such lower GPA score if I can pass Board exams
please help me , time is running out
