Help! Low GPA, Decent PCAT Score

I recently submitted my Pharmacy School application and PharmCas has calculated my overall college GPA as a 2.7. In my Pre-Pharmacy courses I have a 3.5 but here's the thing: prior to pursuing Pharmacy I majored in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I did not due so well in those majors which has caused my overall GPA to be low. I scored in the 85th percentile on the PCAT back in September, what are my chances of getting into a Pharmacy School?
