Cornell, Baylor Houston and Emory.
I need help ranking these three programs. Married with two kids.
The rest I can rank it myself.

I would rank the order you listed. If a family and housing for a family are an issue, then I would rank: Baylor, Emory, Cornell.

Emory>=Cornell>Baylor.

If you want to stay in Texas and do pp, then Baylor should be your top choice. It has a good reputation among local pp groups in Texas.
