We need your help. All of us that moderate SDN are volunteers; we are doctors and students and have full-time duties outside of SDN. SDN is something we do as a passion. We do this to share our love of healthcare and ensure others are successful in their quest to become a doctor.
We can't review each of the 1000s of posts each day - we rely on our fellow members to report negative posts and individuals so we can take action to maintain healthy communities with members that respect each other and respect different viewpoints.
