I did my dentistry from Wardha and Masters in Community Dentistry from CODS, Manipal. I passed NBDEs (part1-88, part 2-86, TOEFL-627, GRE- 950, GPA-3.29).
Sometime back I have applied for Minnesota Board. I did by credentials evaluated by ECE. It is a very professional and friendly organisation.
For obvious reasons of discouraging people for applying to Minnesota they changed their evaluators to ICA. I never had seen such a rude people like ICA. It took me a month to obtain an application form from them. They require all ridiculous documents directly from the schools and Dental Council. I managed to send them directly from my Dental school (BDS) and Dental council (Registration). (I spent all my summer vacation for this purpose!) Now the problem is with my masters (MDS) in CODS, Manipal. They haven?t issued mark sheets and when I requested them they clearly told me that MAHE would not issue mark sheets for master degree.
I tried to explain the same for ICA. But very rudely they are saying that any university in the world will issue mark sheets for a Master?s degree and it must be a fake university if it is not issuing and your degree is not valid. Now I am struck with this.
Even though I strongly feel like giving up sometimes, After spending so much time, money I don?t want to stop it here, can someone please advice me what to do now?please.
