I would say:

1) B- #12
2 B- distal
3 D- Digastric

Hi

The answers to the 2nd and 3rd questions are correct.

How ever I feel the first questions is more likely to be "3 pulp HORNS" rather than 3 pulp canals,since the no 27 often has 3 cusps.

Please check the questions once again.

the q is framed right even i have seen it somewhere
nad checked on net for the answer
an article mentioned about presence of three pulp canal in maxillary first premolar though its rare!!!
less than that in 2nd maxillary premolar....
let me knw if im wrong!!

* During protrusive movement of mandible the contacting surfaces of incisors r

1. lingual of the mand and the incisal edge of the maxillary
2. facial of the max and incisal edge of the mand
3. lingual of the max and the incisal edge of the mand
4. facial of the mand and incisal edge of max

the answer is marked as - 3

but dont think no. 4 is also the right one and iam not able to conclude which one is the closest answer.

Well, the way I see it, if you do a protrusive movement, the incisal aspect of the lower anteriors will contact the lingual portion of the upper incisors, I think the only way a lower incisor will contact facially an upper incisor is if the patient it self has a deep bite and even if it has a deep bite its pretty hard to contact the facial aspect of lower teeth. maybe if the uppers are in an extremely lingualized position.

Makes sense?

thx a lot........i was not thinking abt the facial surface as a whole i was just assuming the incisal third of the facial surface...now iam clear ...u cant help ur mind, sometimes it may think in the most dumbest way that u cant even imagine of...and later feel embarrased.
