HELP with Math Destroyer

Hi everyone,

I am using the DAT/MATH destroyer books and have a question. Does anybody else find some of the explanations in the MATH destroyer to not be very efficient? If anybody is using the 2016 edition please let me know. It does not seem that these explanations have nearly as many shortcuts as chads videos described in QR. Are the DAT QR problems going to be this difficult? It seems that I have come across some things in the destroyer books that I havent seen from chads videos or anywhere. Please let me know, thank you.

Don't know much about math because I am pretty rusty (7 years since last algebra class), but I agree that the solutions, although sufficient, can be difficult to follow if you don't have a decently refreshed math background

Yup, most of the explanations in every section are vague. I typically only go to the back of the book to check answers, then flip through my notes to find out why the ones I got wrong are wrong. Pretty time consuming and frustrating, but it motivates me not to get so many wrong
