Help with ranking programs

Hello

I have been struggling to rank the following programs, listed in my current rank order below:

NYU - Brooklyn
Zucker Northwell North Shore LIJ
Cooper Rowan
Rutgers RWJ

Biggest priorities for ranking

• Strong clinical training, as I want to come out of residency being a truly competent neurologist
• Competitive fellowship opportunities
• Sub-specialty strengths in vascular, NCC, and neuro-IR especially
• Supportive culture
• Location, preferably close to a large city

NYUB highest currently as seems like they have had excellent fellowship matches, and having the opportunity to rotate at NYU Manhattan hospitals seems to potentially open many opportunities. Considering moving Cooper up for neuro-IR opportunities as chair is a renown interventional neurologist.
