GPA: 3.6 with upward trend (3.39 -> 3.32 -> 3.75 -> 3.97) sGPA: 3.5
MCAT: 514 (jan 2018) -> 518 (sept 2018)
highly ranked Ivy+ undergrad

100+ hours volunteering in a hospital (patient care included)
3 years volunteering teaching high school students about safe sex and drugs
~50 hours shadowing
2 years research in college, 1 year research full time the point at which i apply --> 3-4 publications by the time i apply

any thoughts about which of these "maybes" might be a good addition? i definitely want to be in a city (which is why i'm skeptical about Hofstra) but also don't want to overload on high reaches and underload on low reaches/targets
