High Correlation between FL1/FL2 and Real MCAT? Using FL's as outline?

I have noticed a VERY high correlation between FL1 and FL2 scores and the real deal, it is almost a + or - of just a couple to a few points on average if not hitting it dead on. Of course I have seen a few out-lairs that did exceptionally well or exceptionally worse. That being said, does the distribution of topics in both the exams mimic the real deal? Does FL1 and FL2 present the questions in an order that accurately gauges your overall conceptual knowledge like the real deal?

if this is true/speculated, should you take FL1 early and use it as a template to you studying?
