Is the Hobbies and Interests section meant to be a place to list out things or are we supposed to use complete sentences in talking about our interests?

I've seen it both ways. My preference is just a list separated by a comma, but it really doesn't matter. It's mostly used to give us a sense of who you are apart from medicine and some interviewers refer to your interests in the course of their conversations.
Ha. Yeah. I homebrew as well, but I always leave it out of CVs and official stuff like this. Sometimes I'll bring it up at an interview if appropriate. It's a legit hobby with a lot of skill and science involved, but I can't shake the feeling that it's not conservative enough for the entire crowd.
