For those PTs in home care, do you handle clients from multiple agencies in a day or do you have dedicated days to each agency? What is the max # of clients you see a day?

One agency only. I usually see 4-6 patients a day.

Is it a small or big agency (hospital-based etc)? It looks like OTs have smaller loads with smaller agencies and I would need to work with at least 3 agencies to make it work.

I am assuming small agencies tend to be less stable with visits.
