While I did not take the MCAT this year, I know how anxious everyone is to get their scores 🙂

However, are the scores coming from DC? If so, most major cities postal services have been stopped due to the anthrax scare. So that means...it might not come until day 65..or even later 🙁 <GASP> 😱 😱 😱 😱
Sorry guys...hopefully your stresses will be releived when you see you got a 42T

Ah..ok...I haven't gotten any mail in the past 2 days and I am on the west coast. So who knows how the system is working right now.
I guessed DC b/c that's where AMCAS is...oh well...

Coming to you from the MCAT capital of the world.....
scores arrived in Iowa City mailboxes today. However, none of my friends that got theirs have opened them yet, so I can't give any results. (we had a bar crawl tonight and none of them wanted to "ruin the festivities").
So, rest assured, they're in the mail.

That makes me sooo nervous. Yikes!!! Now, I'm going to be so fidgety. I had to give a talk at a wedding last night, and I swear everyone kept on asking me about my MCAT scores. I was tempted to change my "talk in honor of the bride" to a "talk about AMCAS/MCAT scores wait troubles." I feel like how one would feel if they were being stalked; I jump at any mention of MCAT or med schools. I think I need to go to some spa and see a masseuse. Sheesh...

Anyways, I sincerely wish some of you guys the best of luck as you open up your MCAT envelopes. I pray that we all did as well as we hoped!

I dreamt last night that I went to my mailbox and my MCAT scores were there. In my dream I got a 37!! I just about cried when I woke up and realized it wasn't real. I'm going insane.....

Welcome to the club...my dreams are on the pessimistic side. When the scores arrive, we should start a thread "Did you score match your dream-score?" And then, "did AMCAS match your social sercurity number with your real score, your dream score, with someone else's score, or none of the above."

I'm the same way. I actually drove over an hour in June just to get the scores out of my mailbox (I was home for the weekend). But, on the other end of the spectrum, I know a kid who got his scores on Saturday, opened the envelope on Sunday and didn't actually take the score report out of the envelope until the following Saturday. To each his own, I suppose.
Anyhoo, good luck to all you August MCATers. Hopefully it ends up being worth the wait.

I live in Florida, and apparently we got our scores today. A classmate called me and told me what he got. I haven't checked my mail box, and I probably won't look at my scores until the weekend anyway (organic exam to worry about).
